How do I get started?

How do I reserve items?

Your pieces are not reserved until the contract and 50% deposit have been returned.

Once your rental items are selected, we will provide you with an invoice and contract.  After reviewing the documents, you will be provided with the payment information or you can pay through the invoice.  Your payment designates your agreement with the contract.

Final payment is due 7 days before your event!

Can I purchase a gift card?

Absolutely! You can reach out to us any way you prefer and we can issue a printable gift card or, if you prefer, have a gift card mailed directly to the recipient!

*If you know someone who is planning a big event, such as a wedding, reach out to us for gift card ideas!  For example, a bridal party may want to split a gift card to a bride to take care of the decor expense!

How do I view and select the rental items I want at my event?

View the "Rental Gallery" tab at the top of the page.  Within the albums, you will find various items for rent.  Once you find something you love, reach out to us, (by texting, calling, emailing, or chatting on this site) and either take a photo of the items of interest or submit a detailed explanation of the item.  We will then discuss the price list for the items of interest!

What services do you offer?

We offer delivery, removal, and staging of all items!  Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience!

What are mandatory delivery items?

Glassware, backdrops, ceremony door packages, arches and glass seating charts must be delivered.  Please understand that these items cannot be replaced.  In an effort to eliminate the responsibility of the customer of damage to these items, Vintage Rose Rentals will deliver them.

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee is $50 per 30 minute travel fee.  For example, if it takes 30 minutes to get to your venue from Smyrna, Delaware, then your fee will be $100 because this encompasses both directions of travel.

What is your loss/theft/damage policy?

If the items are lost or damaged/broken so that we cannot repair or clean them, your credit card will be charged 4 times the cost of the rental fee for that item. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

For no additional fee, we accept Venmo transactions or cash at this time.  We also accept all credit cards with a 2.5% processing fee which includes: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay.

**50% deposit is due to reserve your rental items within two weeks from the invoice date.

How long is my reservation?

While other rental companies can have strict rental time frames, we recognize that this is a busy time for everyone involved and have set our rental times accordingly.

If you have rented an item that does no have to be delivered, each item will be available from 2 days before your event until 2 days after. As long as it doesn't interfere with another client's time slot, we are willing to work with you on extending your rental period, free of charge!

If Vintage Rose Rentals is delivering and removing your rental items from the event, we prefer same-day delivery and removal.  If this is not feasible, a timeframe for removal must be agreed upon prior to the delivery of the rental items.
